Test in Private supply numerous tests that can be performed in the privacy of your own home to identify a number of STDs. These include Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and th P24 Antigen.
Apart from the Chlamydia Test Wand for Women, all tests require a sample of urine or blood to be sent to a laboratory. No initial contact is required with our GP although we would always recommed a positive result is referred back for suitable treatment.

All tests are sent with everything that you need in order to perform the test. For urine based tests, these can be taken at home and sent immediately to the laboratory using the enclosed stamped addressed envelope. In the case of a blood test, details are included where you can book your blood sample to be taken and as previosly, this is then sent to the laboratory for analysis.

All results can be returned via password protected e-mail, telephone or in writing and are usually advised within 3-5 days or receipt of the sample.
