Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.
We also accept cheques which should be made payable to Test In Private Ltd.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
Please note, in the event that payment is made by cheque, we will only despatch goods upon clearance of the same. A charge of £20.00 will made for every returned cheque.

Shipping And Handling
All our products are shipped by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery when the express option is selected.
Shipping prices are calculated based on total weight of the order and can be selected during the checkout procedure.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to get your order into the next Royal Mail collection available, after your order is received.
Please note, First Class delivery is not guaranteed next day delivery. If your delivery is urgent or critical then we recommend choosing the Express Next Day Delivery option where delivery is guaranteed next working day if ordered before 3pm. Please note that this means that any Express Next Day Delivery placed AFTER 3pm on Thursday or all day Friday, is not delivered until Monday.
All of our outer packaging is discreet brown or white padded jiffy packs or parcels with no company advertising or logos.
Orders not received within 7 days for UK & 14 days for international should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your transaction number.

Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added in most cases although we do stock items that are on a reduced 5% VAT charge and some items are VAT exempt.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not access your credit card details for any orders placed online. Credit Card details are not held on our Test In Private web site.

Test In Private do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party(PROTX) will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Items may be returned within 28 days of purchase. Items should be complete packs, un-opened and unused.
We reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee of up to 15% of the order value to cover delivery costs and merchant service fees incurred.
